Best Cold Therapy Pack

I have one, bought it when I was having shoulder surgery. It was a lifesaver! It stays extremely cold for hours. The soft cover keeps it from getting your clothes wet. It’s as good as the ones used for physical therapy. This one I purchased for my friend, who is having a reverse shoulder replacement. I have not yet tried it for heat therapy, I keep it folded in my freezer.

This is one of the best tools that I have in my arsenal. The only conplaint that I have is that I wish there was a way to afix the heating pad into the bag so it does not slip down. But that is a personal thing. I highly recommend it.
